The typical path runs through a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration, followed by progressive analytical or commercial roles such as pricing analyst, revenue manager, or finance manager. South Carolina's manufacturing and healthcare employers, including large operations in Greenville and Columbia, tend to favor candidates who have moved through industry-specific pricing functions before stepping into a director role.

South Carolina director of pricing roles are posted by PwC, Ascend, and Beverage South and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. South Carolina's strong manufacturing base, anchored by automotive and industrial companies in the Upstate region, alongside growing financial services and healthcare systems in Columbia and Charleston, keeps demand for senior pricing leadership consistent throughout the year.
Which South Carolina cities have the most director of pricing jobs?
