Our team combines deep organizational knowledge with thoughtful, creative approaches to solve complex problems and support meaningful, lasting improvement.
ABOUT THE ROLE

This position partners with leaders across the enterprise and its divisions to identify opportunities, develop operational plans, and support accountability for performance metrics across all strategic pillars — Quality, Safety, Finance, Growth, People, and Innovation. The Program Manager works alongside assigned operational leaders and business units to develop thoughtful, practical solutions that address specific business objectives and advance the health system's strategic intent.
The Program Manager provides advisory support for navigating governance structures, leadership accountability frameworks, internal consulting engagements, service delivery, and performance transformation.
