The team is dedicated to designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive curricula for Sellers Support and Risk Operations within Walmart Marketplace. Leading a group of skilled instructional designers, the team focuses on creating effective learning strategies and content aligned with business goals. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet evolving needs, promote continuous improvement, and enhance performance. Emphasizing accountability and quality, the team supports associate development through coaching and feedback, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of learning and adaptability across the organization.

- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals to enhance associate performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support training initiatives and ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex training programs and performance support tools.
- Monitor program effectiveness by analyzing trainee performance and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates through coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and governance standards in all learning activities.
- Promote continuous learning by integrating best practices and emerging technologies into training solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
