- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical staff, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Seven (7) years’ experience in broadcast engineering or technology origination within the media or comparable industry.
- Five (5) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Advanced knowledge of broadcast origination, master control, production, streaming, transmission, and digital distribution systems.
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s License
