Your major responsibilities:
Provide support to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch. You will work with a team of drivers and warehouse technicians to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete 100% of deliveries and/or service activities on scheduled day
- Understand customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision
- Create exceptional customer service interactions with all new and existing customers
- Operates delivery vehicles and runs deliveries safely
- Use handheld device for routing and customer info
- Navigate various routes in all weather conditions
- Depending on service needs for the day, travel between branches may be necessary
- Occasional overnight states may be required (accommodations will be provided)
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information
- Assists with equipment preparation/sanitizing.
- Complete weekly vehicle inspection to ensure safeness
- Safely operate forklifts to unload and load delivery vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
