Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in JavaScript and React to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications within the REACT-JAVA-CLOUD-NATIVE skill cluster.
Job Description
- Design and develop robust frontend applications using React and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient cloud-native solutions
- Implement responsive and reusable UI components adhering to best practices
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and cloud platforms
- Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React and JavaScript technologies
- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of React-based applications with a focus on cloud-native architecture
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment
- Drive troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues
- Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies
- Ensure compliance with organizational coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and promote best practices within the team

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
Compensation range: $93,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year
