The Experience
Our Enterprise Business team works with our most strategic customers — organizations of 10,000+ employees — to drive meaningful, long-term impact. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you won't just sell AI agents; you'll work alongside them to accelerate revenue, build trusted relationships, and help customers unlock the full power of Salesforce's Customer 360 platform. This role is specifically focused on accounts within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology industries. What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
You're Our Person If...
- 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
- Experience managing a large, complex key account
- Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large extended team
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If...
- Demonstrated success selling into Telecommunications, Media, or Technology accounts
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Customer 360 platform or comparable enterprise software

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $247,800 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $135,300 - $272,600 per year. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
