ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audits, analyzes, and reports environmental performance to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Advises design and construction teams on minimizing environmental impacts.
- Manages subcontractors for specific environmental tasks.
- Conducts impact assessments to mitigate environmental risks and costs.
- Prepares environmental reports for supervisor and leadership review.
- Raises awareness of emerging environmental issues across the organization and engages in environmental education and research.
- Coordinates public hearings and consultations on environmental matters.
- Trains staff on environmental responsibilities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or an environmental related field required.
- Environmental certification preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.
- CPESC Certification (CA QSP) preferred.
- Knowledge of the local regulations or skill sets related to the specific work on project.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and new legislation.
- Technical writing and communication skills.
- Able to lead a team or project effort.
- Able to manage subcontractors for project specific specialty environmental work.

- Salary Min: USD $85,000.00/Yr.
- Salary Max: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
