Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess the qualifications of applicants for numerous positions within the area by conducting initial application/resume reviews
- Clearly and accurately communicate the company’s employee value proposition to potential candidates.
- Clearly articulate the job duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company to all candidates.
- Present candidate profiles to hiring managers highlighting the candidates match for the role.
- Complete all new teammate surveys, assessments, and touchpoints during the first 6 months
- Maintain appropriate levels of communication with hiring managers to provide candidate overview, update on hiring progress, a start date and/or issues.
- Set up and direct interviews remotely for all locations.
- Continually engage candidates as they move through the hiring steps ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their status and future steps.
- Create offer letters for candidates.
- Other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
Education and/or Experience
- Associates Degree; OR one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
- Ability to effectively work in HRIS and vendor systems. Ability to demonstrate medium to advance knowledge of Microsoft programs.
