Role Overview

Supporting our customer service efforts with excellence, while maintaining a growth mindset. Responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers through office equipment setups and service repairs as a certified technician.

Core Functions

Perform set-ups, installations, general maintenance and technical service repairs on multi-function copiers, printers and scanners.

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual who will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers through copier repair, supply deliveries, and furniture installation.

Under the direction and reporting to the Service Manager and Dispatcher, the Technician will have the knowledge and skills to operate duplicating and scanning equipment, and to perform basic basic IT jobs. Technician will provide copier maintenance and first call response for customer site equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• New Installations: Receive, setup, and deliver to customer location(s).
• Perform operator training to customer.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on customers equipment.
• Calculate charges for jobs performed and maintain logs.
• Deliver supplies to customer’s office(s).
• Answer customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
• Ensure the upkeep of warehouse and shop areas by keeping neat and organized.
• Set-up at trade shows and demo locations.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through quality and positive service.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills.

Technician will receive training for appropriate certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
