We are looking to fill this position immediately. No prior sales experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative, your primary role will be to connect with potential customers and educate them on our services. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting door-to-door sales to promote and sell Pest Hunters’ pest control services
- Engaging homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about our treatments
- Explaining the benefits of our services and addressing customer concerns
- Identifying potential customers and converting leads into sales
- Offering seasonal service packages tailored to customer needs
- Handling objections and guiding customers toward booking a service
- Participating in sales training sessions to enhance selling techniques
- Tracking daily interactions, leads, and sales performance
- Reporting results to the Sales Manager and striving to exceed sales targets
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude as a brand ambassador

Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we provide training!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
