Job Title: HR Generalist III
Job Location: Whitakers, NC, 27891
Duration: 5+ months (High Chances of extension)
Payrate: $35/hr on W2
Shift: 3rd shift
The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all employee relations activities
- Counsel and coach managers
- Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
- Own and update HR processes
- Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work independently
