The Country Club of Birmingham is looking to add motivated, professional group fitness instructors to our team!
We’re looking or instructors who teach:
- All formats – dance, Bodypump, kettlebell, cardio, mobility, yoga, cycle, etc.
- Have a positive, professional attitude.
- Are passionate about coaching and building relationships
- Hold a nationally ranked group fitness certification
- Are dependable and motivated
- Enjoy working with people of all ages
Successful Candidates will have:
- Current Nationally Accredited Group Fitness/ Personal Trainer Certification such as: ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, Cooper Clinic, AFAA required
- Valid liability insurance required.
- Experience in conducting Fitness Assessments, Group Exercise or Personal Training required
- Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment required
- CPR/ AED Certified a plus
- Four-year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic salesmanship principals
- Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm, with a desire to succeed
- Individual and team contributor
Racquets and golf environment activity a plus. Compensation based on a total revenue generated per month, paid a % of total.
