Crawfish includes:
- Repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, water maintenance & tractor driving.

- Removing traps from the pond, emptying crawfish into sacks, re-baiting traps and putting them back into the pond.
- Weighing, tagging, washing, grading, loading crawfish in truck and bringing to market.
- Frequent stooping and lifting requirement of 50lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions.
The worker(s) may be requested but not required to work more than 8 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop.
Rice includes:
- Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees and farm roads.
- Drive tractor, drive rice truck to rice bins and rice mill.
- Assist with loading/unloading rice trucks, maintain rice bins to include clean up rice spills, sweeping rice spills, working outside in inclement weather conditions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Housing provided on the premises at no cost.
- Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost.
- Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract.
- Employees may make above hourly wage and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience.
- May be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise—this is a drug free work zone.
- Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
