A “Day in the Life” of the HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for each area of the human resources function. This includes all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and training and development. The HR Manager partners with the owners and the leadership while executing all areas of HR. It is critical to understand the objectives and risk tolerance of the owners in order to properly operate the HR function.
