Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, including motors, compressors, and thermostats.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical services.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to repairs and installations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification in HVAC technology or relevant trade school education is preferred but not mandatory.
