INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynatrace Infrastructure Monitoring Systems Engineer / SME to join our team and support enterprise-wide monitoring and observability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Dynatrace and experience monitoring complex infrastructure environments.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions
- Monitor Windows/Linux servers, VMware environments, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Build dashboards, alerts, health checks, and performance monitoring strategies
- Support application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and incident troubleshooting
- Analyze monitoring data to recommend infrastructure and environment improvements
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Monitoring experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (SME level)
- Strong FTP knowledge
- Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, and AWS monitoring
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and system performance metrics
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Kubernetes/container monitoring experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience in healthcare or financial services environments
