What You'll Do

• Sell Auto, Home, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance across Texas
• Build relationships and earn referrals
• Follow up consistently and stay organized
• Handle objections confidently and close sales
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Meet and exceed production goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
• Quick learner who can adapt and execute

Previous sales experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more.

Licensing

• Property & Casualty License preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000/month base salary
• Uncapped commission (10%–15%)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
