ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead healthcare interior design projects through all phases.
- Develop concepts, finish palettes, furniture plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality control.
- Lead client presentations and design meetings.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Support business development and proposal activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Strong healthcare interior design experience required.
- NCIDQ certification/licensure preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
