Job Overview:
The Investment Products team within LPL’s Investment Management Solutions (IMS) group is responsible for delivering a highly competitive set of investment solutions across LPL’s brokerage and advisory platforms. This includes the platform and product offering, advisor/client access to solutions, and promotional activities. The team’s goal from an investment product management perspective is to enhance our advisors’ and their clients’ experience and ability to grow and to enhance our firm’s economic and risk profiles.
This role will be focused on all facets of structured investments within LPL. The candidate should have a good understanding of structured notes including the features, trading protocols and client suitability. On any given day, the role may include: conducting sales & recruiting presentations, purchasing bonds from issuers, negotiating deal terms with issuers, answering product or platform questions, providing pricing indications, monitoring industry trends, tracking competitors platforms offerings and managing relationships with both issuers and advisors.
The role will also share responsibility for driving operational excellence by managing end-to-end project workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing solutions to meet advisor demand, their clients' needs, and firm-wide goals. The Senior Analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, trading, sales/business development teams and other home office teams to collectively create great client outcomes, ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps and optimize processes through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and automation.
Sales & Recruiting:
- Conducting sales calls with groups of advisors for both introductory & in-depth product discussions.
- Having in-depth individual calls with advisors to assist with sales of products and ensuring correct with target client base.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key liaison between Technology, Investment Product, and other home office teams to resolve issues and report on status.
Operational Execution:
- Support daily operations by actively managing inquiries and advisor requests, ensuring timely resolution to maintain high advisor satisfaction.
- Ensure technology, processes and support systems used by advisors continue to be efficient, reliable and user-friendly.
- Proactively monitor order flows, trade activity, and platform usage to identify and resolve gaps and friction points.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and first point of contact for operational issues, driving them to resolution.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare regular reports and PowerPoint presentations for management regarding operational performance, system degradation, or project status.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 7 & 63 (or comparable).
Core Competencies:

- Presentation, quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead projects in a matrix managed fashion leveraging strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Preferences:
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Pay Range:
$81,473.00 - $135,857.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
