As a Senior Product Manager on the Physician Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the discovery, development, and market launch of new products. This position requires a data-driven professional with a strong background in product management, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will drive the discovery process, ensuring that our products align seamlessly with user needs and contribute significantly to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Discovery:
- Play a lead role in collaborating with engineering and UX/research to define and execute discovery strategies that bring to light user needs & pain points
- Refine & adjust the strategy as more is learned through continuous discovery with users and the business adapts to changes in the market.
- When appropriate, collaborate with the UX team to create usable experiences which are validated through rapid feedback and usability testing iterations.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Develop & share OKRs for outcome-based advancements of the product
- Use data in formulating problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiable
- Leverage product analytics to make informed decisions, monitor product performance, and continuously improve the product.
3. Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and inspire your cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build seamless workflows and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with our legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure that we are delivering a product that meets all legal and compliance requirements
4. Execution & Delivery:
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize, deliver, and iterate on features, enhancements, and updates that achieve OKRs
- Perform story mapping exercises with your team to breakdown work into epics and stories.
- Work with your product team to create & refine stories for development as you prioritize both stories and defects for delivery.
5. Competitive Analysis:
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge within the strategic context.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
