INTRODUCTION
Summa Health is reestablishing how technology best serves our community, and we want people who lead that change rather than wait for it. This isn’t a maintain-the-status-quo role, but it’s honest work: real legacy systems, real constraints, and real opportunity to shape what comes next. If you’re in a health IT environment today and feel like you’re moving faster than everything around you, we want that energy—paired with the judgment to bring an organization along with you. We move with urgency, own our outcomes, and would rather ship something good and improve it than wait for perfect.
SUMMARY
The Senior Systems IT Analyst analyzes business needs, defines requirements, implements solutions, and supports our enterprise HR and workforce management applications. This role is a key technical contributor to Summa’s planned Workday implementation (targeted go-live 2028) while sustaining and optimizing our current UKG Pro WFM environment through the transition.
Qualified candidates will be experienced with Workday and willing to learn and support UKG during the transition. If required, this position will manage any third-party UKG support resources. This is a rare chance to own both current-state support and the future-state buildout—and to help set the standard for how a health system in transition actually moves.
