About Your Role
CMTS is seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Support I to support the Airport Development Group IT Help Desk Support assignment in Los Angeles, CA. This role will provide technical support services for airport development, sustainability, energy, environmental, and development services programs. The position supports end users, equipment, systems, and day-to-day IT help desk needs within a hybrid work environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

- Minimum five (5) years or more of relevant IT technical support experience
- Experience providing help desk, desktop, or end-user technical support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system access issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to support users in a professional, timely, and organized manner
- Experience documenting support tickets, issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and support airport program operations
- Relevant professional licensure and certifications preferred

What You’ll Do
- Provide IT help desk support for Airport Development Group staff and program users
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, software, access, and equipment
- Support user setup, account access, password resets, and system connectivity
- Track, document, and resolve IT support tickets in accordance with program standards
- Assist with onboarding, equipment setup, and technical support for new users
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues
- Support hybrid work technology needs, including laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools
- Ensure timely response to user issues while maintaining strong customer service
- Assist with general IT support needs across airport development and sustainability program teams
