POSITION OVERVIEW
Adelvia is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to support outbound sales efforts throughout the New England region.
This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning their sales career and looking for long-term professional growth. Full training and onboarding will be provided, and previous sales experience is not required.
The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and direct messaging
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Identify potential client needs and schedule qualified sales appointments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
- Support regional sales campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Meet established outreach, appointment-setting, and performance goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Located in or near the Boston metro area preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident when speaking with prospective clients
- Motivated, disciplined, and receptive to coaching
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and performance-based compensation
- Able to maintain consistent activity and follow-up
- Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
