Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
• Foster a safe, caring, and respectful classroom environment.
• Monitor and support children’s individual growth and developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to create a positive learning community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education; or degree seeking
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for nurturing and guiding young learners.
