Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will perform different tasks about developing, motivating, and retaining leaders throughout the Choctaw Nation. You will report to the Leadership Development Manager.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $78,000 | Hybrid 80% Onsite (Durant, OK)/ 20% Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Primary Tasks:

You will plan, maintain development experiences by using a variety of training techniques and methods that engage and inspire the participant and maximize learning.

Implement multiple learning solutions and best practices that enhance associate performance and prepares them for positional success and career progression.

Report on associate progress during the participants development period through multiple technologies and communication tools including the Oracle HCM.

Develop relationships with associates and leadership upline while promoting direct communication and positive partnership.

You will respond to management inquiry, interview partners, and conduct a variety of knowledge interviews and assessments to identify and gauge all Leadership development opportunities.

Collaborate and partner with internal and external resources.

Be a contact for the purpose of leadership development; Provide guidance to associates on related leadership development opportunities that support the tribe’s strategy, goals, and outcomes.

Perform other job tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, or job-related field or 4 years related experience.

Experience offering comprehensive training workshops and learning opportunities for an adult audience.

Professional - focused on delivering excellent customer service and developing relationships.

Understanding of adult learner strategies for developing curriculum and training materials.
-
Ability to work independently, self-monitoring, self-correcting.

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Five (5) years’ experience in a leadership role(s) where strategy are primary responsibilities.
