ARRL is seeking an innovative and strategic Education & Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive lifelong learning program for current and future Amateur Radio operators. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership role will drive the creation of engaging educational experiences that support learners at every stage, from those exploring amateur radio for the first time to experienced operators seeking to expand their technical knowledge and skills.
The Education & Learning Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ARRL's learning initiatives, leveraging a rich archive of technical content, publications, multimedia resources, and subject matter expertise across the Amateur Radio community. This role will lead the development of online and in-person learning opportunities, manage educational content creation, evaluate emerging instructional technologies, and collaborate across departments.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in instructional design, educational program development, learning technologies, and content management. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders, and a passion for advancing the art, science, and enjoyment of Amateur Radio through innovative learning solutions.
