Ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can work independently, in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills, maintain a positive, client focused attitude, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in a law firm is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Self starter, able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Identify, assemble and maintain legal documents
• Assist in opening and closing case files
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain filing systems
• Proven experience as administrative assistant with working knowledge of office equipment, copiers, scanners, fax machines, computers etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills to sign up new clients and work effectively with others over the phone and maintain a pleasant attitude
• Familiarity with case management systems, such as CasePeer
• Update and maintain client contacts
• Familiar with social media

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
