We are looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. Prior experience with a personal injury law firm is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be currently licensed to practice law in Illinois with 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
· Interviewing potential clients.
· Drafting demands and negotiating settlements.
· Client communication and case management.
· Handling all aspects of litigations to include but not limited to filing suit, propounding and answering discovery, motions, attending court, and depositions.
Requirements:
· Currently licensed to practice in Illinois.
· Licensed to practice in Federal Court preferred but not required.
· Excellent writer.
· Ability to work independently.
· Friendly personality and positive attitude.
· Self-motivated and looking to develop a book of business.
Schedule:
· Monday through Friday, weekends and after hours as needed.
Salary:
· Commensurate with Experience.
