Jackson Law Group, a rapidly growing Roswell-based multi-practice law firm, is seeking an senior litigation attorney to join our litigation team. Primary subject matter of litigation will be automobile insurance defense, real estate litigation and corporate disputes.
The ideal candidate should have at a minimum three years of civil litigation experience and be well versed and shall have intimate knowledge of the Georgia Civil Practice Act. Strong candidates will also have prior experience with drafting commercial leases, commercial purchase and sale agreements and an understanding of the mechanics of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Candidates must have strong time management, organizational, clerical and writing skills and be able to work in an energetic and fast paced environment. Punctuality is an extremely important trait for this position. Candidate should have a strong case strategy intuition and be comfortable with all stages of civil litigation in the above stated practice areas. Candidates should be comfortable handling cases independently and be able to competently report on case status and discuss case strategy with Firm Partners.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong desire to continuously push themselves on a daily basis to improve their legal skill.
