- Maintain transition, escalation, quality control, communication, continuity, and SOP documentation.
- Review ServiceNow metrics, service-level performance, open work orders, and aging requests.
- Perform quality checks across asset, parking, supply, shipping, and support records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and invoice backup.
- Review non-routine support requests before they become cost or schedule exposure.
Qualifications
- Experience leading federal logistics, facilities support, or asset management service teams.
- Ability to manage customer communications, reporting, quality control, and staff supervision.
- Experience preparing operational plans, SOPs, performance metrics, and management reports.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar work-order and asset-tracking systems.
- Able to pass FTC personnel security screening, fingerprinting, E-Verify, and suitability processing.
