Manufacturing Team Member

As a Manufacturing Team Member at Lunar Tides, you help customers achieve their hair dreams by producing top-quality products made from 100% vegan ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Product Manufacturing

• Master the Machinery: Operate our manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fine-tune the Process: Monitor production and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
• Package with Pride: Package finished products beautifully and accurately.
• Label with Love: Ensure all products are properly labeled with batch numbers and expiration dates.

Quality Control

• Inspect with Intention: Check raw materials for quality and consistency before use.
• Keep Standards High: Conduct quality checks during production to maintain our high standards.
• Spot and Report: Record and communicate any deviations or defects in products.
• Resolve and Improve: Assist in investigating and resolving any quality issues.

Cleaning and Organization

• Clean with Care: Regularly clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools according to Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Safety First: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean work environment.
• Waste Wisely: Dispose of waste materials responsibly according to environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using light machinery
• Prefers a fast-paced work environment
• Keeps their workplace organized and tidy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working in warehouses
• Experience working in haircare or cosmetics

Pay: $21.30 - $22.30 per hour
