INTRODUCTION
Irving Woodlands, LLC, a leader in the East Coast forest products industry known for its commitment to quality products, service, and sound environmental management is looking for an experienced Skidder Operator - Site Prep for our Woodlands operation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the forestry team to prepare land for planting
- Utilize best practices with operating equipment for optimal productivity
- Responsible for maintaining equipment by performing general maintenance
- Follow strict company environmental rules and Best Management Practices (BMPs)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Required: Trade Certification is considered an asset
- Years of Experience Required: 1+ years of experience operating and preventative maintenance of heavy equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to work 12 hour shifts
