About the role
Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavorings and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

This position follows a rotating 12-hour Panama night shift schedule (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) that repeats every two weeks: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. This schedule supports 24/7 operations while providing employees with predictable time off and every other weekend off for improved work-life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Milling: Adhering to batch sheet instructions to mill required material. Calculating supplemental ingredients and material issuing on SAP via computer/scanner.
- Blending: Adjusting scale based on batch sheet to fill required weight of boxes/drums. Following batch sheet to abide by product specific requirement for filling boxes/drums.
- Sealing & Stacking: Operating MTEK sealer to vacuum seal filled liners. Ensuring finished packaged product conforms to company standards and arranging products on a pallet in a predetermined sequence.
- Sanitation: Adhering to SOP instructions to clean and sanitize equipment and room.
- Packaging of Finished Product
- Properly label all batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
- Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for all materials used.
Qualifications and skills
- Follow the use of Personal Protection Equipment and Good Manufacturing procedures to maintain good
- Housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.
- Operation, Cleaning and Maintenance or processing equipment
- Basic Understanding of manufacturing operations
- Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
- Responsible for conformance to Food Safety and Food Quality Plans as described in the Kerry Clark SQF
- Systems manual. Must report any and all deviations to a member of management and QA- and set product aside until further instructed.
- Experience in SAP a plus
