Role summary:The Senior Manager, Business Strategy leads the development and execution of key business plans and initiatives, driving performance improvements for the membership program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify priorities, continuously experiment and learn, and implement acquisition initiatives that drive program growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, the Senior Manager ensures alignment with company goals while promoting integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the business.

The Walmart+ Acquisition team drives growth by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain members. This team enhances signup experiences, crafts compelling introductory offers, and uses data-driven experimentation to optimize outcomes. Collaborating across functions, members leverage customer insights to inform decisions and improve performance. The team is dedicated to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering value to customers.
