McCurdy Real Estate & Auction is seeking a data-driven and innovative Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to lead our paid digital advertising efforts and optimize marketing performance through analytics and continuous improvement. This full-time, in-office role is responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance, and delivering insights that drive results for our company and clients.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Build audience targeting strategies that maximize property exposure and attract qualified buyers and sellers.
- Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Test and evaluate new advertising strategies, platforms, and opportunities.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Own digital marketing reporting and performance measurement across campaigns, website activity, and auction initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership, auctioneers, and the marketing team.
- Analyze marketing and website data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Present findings and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
Website Performance & SEO
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices and AI-driven strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Manage conversion tracking and ensure accurate measurement of key website actions and user behaviors.
- Collaborate with leadership and technology teams to improve data collection, reporting capabilities, and website functionality.
- Recommend website enhancements that improve user experience and drive conversions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and advertising platform updates.
- Research and recommend new tools, automations, and processes that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, lead nurturing, and the seller and bidder experience.
- Contribute data-driven insights and innovative ideas that support company growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- 5± years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, marketing analytics, or a related role.
- Experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting and dashboard tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
