Healthcare/Medical Claims
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $21–$24/hr W2
Contract: 12 weeks, open for extension
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of medical claims processing experience
- High School Diploma required
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Experience processing CMS-1500 and UB-04/CMS-1450 claims
- Knowledge of medical claims processing and payment resolution
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and process medical claims
- Resolve claim payment issues and discrepancies
- Process claims from physicians, hospitals, labs, DME, and other providers
- Handle claim adjustments, overpayments, refunds, and reimbursements
- Research and resolve moderately complex claims
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate claims processing
- Assist with system testing and process improvements
