INTRODUCTION
Astera Health has an opening for a part-time LICSW at our Verndale Clinic. This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary of the role: provide psychotherapy, have an interest in satellite clinic practice if business needs, and experience in telehealth if business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must:
- Possess current independent license (LICSW) in State of MN
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Display professionalism in emotional/high-stress situations
- Have ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Demonstrate drive for continual improvement and program development
Two years' experience as a LICSW preferred. Clinical experience in pediatrics, trauma, and/or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) preferred. Has experience in rural health.
