Position Summary
The Network Services Analyst III is an ideal expert-level technical position at MultiCare, providing technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of the local and wide area network equipment and services. In this position, you will provide project management and analyses ensuring excellent system operations.
Responsibilities
- You will troubleshoot problems and monitor system performance statistics
- You will perform routine system maintenance and/or administration
- You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving system problems
- You will assist in installs of new system maintenance releases and system utility upgrades
- You will assist in inventory of parts and materials for installations, repairs and preventative maintenance and coordinate service installations with vendors, technicians and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred, experience in networking may be substituted
- Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required
- Five-seven (5-7) years of experience in Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining or using (as a “super user”) systems in an Information Technology or health care setting
- Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
- Specific recent relevant Information Technology or healthcare experience may be substituted for education
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,910.40 - $131,040.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
