A real estate license isn’t required to start, and we’ll help you get a license once you join. Plus, we’ll provide all the training and development you need to build a successful career with us!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Realty Network Advisor, you’ll be the driving force behind growing and strengthening our network of Real Estate Agents. - Coaching & supporting – Checking in on agent performance, spotting growth opportunities, and helping them level up.
- Building strong relationships – Partnering with agents in your assigned region to maximize success for everyone.
- Staying in the know – Keeping up with lending partner updates and department goals to drive more home-buying wins.
- Keeping deals on track – Acting as the go-to connection between agents, loan officers, and the home buying concierge team to ensure those monthly closings happen on time, every time.
- Pitching in wherever needed to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
ABOUT YOU:

- Going above and beyond for clients and partners isn’t just a skill—it’s who you are.
- Fast-paced, results-driven environments don’t stress you out—they energize you.
- You’re comfortable with technology and love learning new tools to stay ahead of the game.
- You’re great at connecting with people, fostering trust, and making partnerships thrive.
- You’re a communication pro— Whether it’s a face-to-face chat or a well-crafted email, you nail it every time.
- You show up, bring your A-game, and are consistent and dependable.
- You’re either already a licensed Real Estate Salesperson or excited to get licensed when you join the team.
About us:
We’re all about helping Veterans and military families become homeowners. In two short decades, we closed over 500,000 VA Loans and became the #1 VA lender for homebuyers in the nation. But to us, success isn’t measured in numbers. Our success is measured in living our values every day: Be Passionate and Have Fun, Deliver Results with Integrity and Enhance Lives Every Day. We always strive to provide friendly service to military homebuyers and their families. And we always seek to lift up people and communities across the country.
We’re so glad you’re here checking out this opportunity! If this role gets you excited but you’re worried you don’t check every box – don't sweat it.
