JOB SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Feature Validation team. This role focuses on testing, validating, troubleshooting, and certifying new 4G LTE and 5G radio features, software releases, and hardware platforms before commercial deployment with major telecom operators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute feature validation, integration, and acceptance testing for LTE and 5G products.
- Validate new software releases, radio features, and hardware functionality.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and Test Object Lists (TOLs).
- Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause investigations, and defect reporting.
- Support customer demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and product acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5+ years of LTE/5G RAN experience.
- RAN, Baseband, and Radio product experience.
- Feature testing, NPI, product validation, or systems testing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of LTE/NR protocols (PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP).
- Experience with integration, configuration, and testing of wireless network features.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Automation and scripting experience.
- O-RAN, V-RAN, Massive MIMO, DSS, EN-DC, or CBRS experience.
