Position Summary
Provides supportive and rehabilitative nursing care to adult patients following the plan of care under the supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
High school graduate. Completion of 75-hour training course. Experience as an LNA desired.

Current LNA licensure in the State of Vermont.
