Practice Overview

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
- Collaborate with radiation oncology and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary care
- Participate in tumor board discussions and care coordination
- Provide patient education and compassionate guidance through treatment
Typical Weekly Expectations
- Mix of new consultations, follow-ups, and treatment management
- Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Balanced clinic schedule with support staff assisting patient management
Schedule & Call
- Predictable weekday schedule
- Shared call coverage

Compensation
- 1 Yr guarantee (3rd guarantee J1) at $620,000
- Productivity-based bonus opportunity
- $20 /RVU APP supervision, $504/24 call pay
- Productivity compensation set at $90 per wRVU
- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with 5-year contract or $75,000 with 3-year contract
- $50,000 Quality Bonus
- Fellowship Stipend: $2,000 monthly for up to 24 months
