Operations Coordinator Jobs in Miami, FL

Guerrero Supermarket is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our business in Miami.

We are looking for someone comfortable working with office systems, billing, POS systems, vendors, business records, and general administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Work with POS systems, invoices, billing, receipts, and business records.
• Maintain organized vendor, licensing, permit, and operational documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, invoices, and account matters.
• Assist with licenses, permits, renewals, and other business requirements.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, electronic files, and internal records.
• Follow up on pending administrative items and deadlines.
• Support ownership with general business and administrative matters.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office, retail, or operations experience.
• Experience with POS systems, invoicing, billing, or business software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in retail, supermarket, restaurant, distribution, or similar businesses.
• Experience with vendors, suppliers, inventory, or purchasing.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, licenses, or permits.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
