Part-Time Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Florida Pure Water Services — Orlando, FL

Approximately 25 hours per week | Base Pay + High Commission | Weekends Required

Florida Pure Water Services is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and highly dependable Part-Time Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our business.

This is a hybrid sales, marketing, events, prospecting, and office position. Every day can be different. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to jump in wherever needed.

If you’re organized enough to handle office work, outgoing enough to approach homeowners, and motivated enough to earn high commissions, this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Lead Generation

• Make outbound prospecting calls.
• Follow up with leads, past customers, and prospects.
• Generate appointments for our sales team.
• Speak with homeowners about their water problems and our solutions.
• Work community events and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up with event leads by phone and text.
• Develop relationships with Realtors, HOAs, businesses, and community organizations.
• Assist with other sales and business-development activities.

Events & Marketing

• Research local events, festivals, home shows, HOA events, and community events.
• Contact event organizers and coordinate participation.
• Register for events and manage event logistics.
• Set up and break down booths, tables, banners, signs, and marketing materials.
• Represent Florida Pure Water Services professionally at events.
• Talk to homeowners and collect qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.

Weekend availability is required, because many of our best events take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Office & Administrative

• Make and answer phone calls.
• Enter and maintain information in our CRM.
• Send emails and text messages.
• Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Update spreadsheets and reports.
• Help prepare marketing materials.
• Organize customer and prospect information.
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and other documents.
• Help keep the office organized.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

General Business Support

This position requires someone who is willing to do whatever needs to be done to help the company grow.

One day you might be researching an event.

The next day you might be making 50 prospecting calls.

The next day you might be setting up a booth at a community event.

The next day you might be in the office working on customer follow-up and CRM.

You need to be comfortable with all of it.

We can teach you the water-treatment industry.

We cannot teach someone to have drive, initiative, and the ability to talk to people.

Compensation

Base Pay + High Commission

This position includes a guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

The more qualified leads, appointments, and sales you generate, the more you can earn.

There is no artificial ceiling on your earning potential for a strong performer.

This is designed for someone who wants the security of a base while having the opportunity to make significantly more through performance.

Schedule

Approximately 25 hours per week.

Schedule will vary based on business needs and events.

Weekend availability is required.

Typical work may include:

• Weekday office/prospecting hours
• Saturday events and prospecting
• Occasional Sunday events
• Occasional evening events

Flexibility is important.
