Are you energized by solving complex operational problems, improving systems and processes, and managing risk in a regulated environment? In this role, you’ll support high‑impact operational initiatives across multiple Operations functions, partnering with stakeholders to deliver client‑focused, compliant outcomes in both routine and exception‑based environments.
- Plan and support operational projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and product launches.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and post‑implementation issue resolution.
- Analyze complex, confidential operational data to identify trends, issues, and risk.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting clients, systems, compliance, or operational risk.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Support risk and control activities, including Privacy, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Records Information Management (RIM), and Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs).
- Build subject matter expertise and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to associates.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience working with operational tools, platforms, and/or systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in both routine and non‑routine situations.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with exception‑based or high‑risk operations, such as trade corrections, asset or cash movement, or error resolution.
- Experience supporting operational projects, system enhancements, or product launches, including requirements gathering and testing/UAT.
- Familiarity with operational risk frameworks, controls, audits, or compliance activities.
- Experience with trading or operations systems such as BAM, TaSC, SuRPAS, Advisory Trading Tool, or comparable platforms.
