ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Payroll Analyst, you will be an individual contributor responsible for the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of payroll for assigned employee populations. This role ensures employees are paid correctly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international SOX Key Controls. The Payroll Analyst partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, Treasury, and external payroll providers to manage the full payroll cycle, resolve discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support continuous improvement through data, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Provide a high level of customer service to employees and colleagues.
This role has accountability for the following:
- Accurate and timely end to end payroll processing.
- Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable federal, state, local, and international payroll and tax regulations.
- Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and audit-ready support in compliance with SOX key controls.
- Timely processing of Wage Garnishments.
- Prompt responses to Unemployment Claim requests.
- Prompt responses to employees and colleagues on payroll-related questions.
- Maintenance of effective internal controls and business continuity plans for all payroll procedures.
- Frequent collaboration on payroll–related interdependencies with cross-functional teams, i.e., Treasury, Finance, and Human Resources, Benefits.
- Keeping payroll records organized and compliant with retention policies.
- Manage Time and Attendance processes, partner with managers and time practitioners to ensure completeness and accuracy of time for payroll processing.
- Support configuration testing, audits and enhancements related to payroll and time and attendance systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of proven end to end payroll processing experience.
- Payroll certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll applications- Vantage, ADP Data Bridge, Vantage ETime, ADP Reporting and Workday a plus.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word and AI enabled tools.
- Effective communication skills, e.g., business writing and presentations.

COMPENSATION
- The salary for this role will range from 53,130.00 - 85,030.00 USD annual based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
- Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
