Camelview Physical Therapy is a growing, fast-paced, privately owned physical therapy practice looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Front Desk & Back Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a cross-trained position that combines front-office administrative responsibilities with hands-on back-office support. The ideal candidate has previous medical front-office experience, is comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment, and enjoys interacting with patients while helping keep the clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Front Office

• Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Check patients in and out
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Obtain and track insurance authorizations
• Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and other patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance information
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and insurance companies

Back Office

• Prepare treatment areas and assist with room turnover between patients
• Set up modalities and treatment equipment
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas between patients
• Keep the clinic organized, clean, and ready for patient care
• Assist the physical therapists with basic clinic needs as appropriate

• Experience in physical therapy, orthopedic, chiropractic, or other outpatient healthcare settings is a plus
