- Clinical Autonomy and Direct Access Care: You will be the primary MSK expert, diagnosing and driving the care plan from day one. You lead the decision-making.

This role requires 2-3 days per week in New Haven, CT (utilizing our dedicated telehealth setup) as well as working remotely from home. Additionally, expect occasional onsite days for in-person customer treatments and corporate events.

Base Salary
$90,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and certifications.

Key Responsibilities & Clinical Scope
What will make you successful in this role:
- Account Ownership: Drive account-level engagement growth for customer accounts you are assigned.
- Data-driven Assessment: Contribute to reduction in MSK trends across those assigned accounts, demonstrating ability to identify cost drivers and implement scalable interventions
- Converting high-risk users: Proactively identify potential patients through contacting, scheduling, and evaluating them to reduce downstream costs.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain > 80% visit completion and plan-of-care adherence amongst active patients, indicating strong patient buy-in, stellar communication, and contributing to reducing MSK costs and surgical rates.
Clinical Excellence:
- Evaluate and treat a diverse and complex caseload across all MSK domains (spine, extremities, pelvic health, TMJ, etc.) via telehealth.
- Conduct meticulous differential diagnosis and triage, confidently ruling out non-MSK causes and determining the need for referral or imaging based on evidence-based guidelines.
- Guide patients through comprehensive health and wellness programs beyond passive treatments.
- Clearly explain diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans and adjust them to meet patients’ evolving needs.
- Work directly with the Customer Success team to lead initiatives focused on maximizing customer engagement and informing effective marketing tactics.
Logistics & Adaptability:
- Maintain strict organization to track patient progress, outcomes, and drive internal metrics.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and patients.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and flexibility, including occasional schedule adjustments (evenings/weekends) for on-site events or team needs.
Requirements
- Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and be actively licensed to practice in D.C..
- Must be based in the New Haven, CT (or surrounding CT area), willing to work from our Connecticut space 2-3 days/week, and willing to travel monthly for onsite clinical care and events.
- Having already obtained board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy or strong preference for sitting for the OCS.
