Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and maintaining cloud-based architecture using AWS, Kubernetes, or similar cloud-based technologies
- Strong proficiency in building highly resilient, highly available, secure systems
- Proven experience designing and developing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based networking.
- Experience configuring and monitoring security and observability tooling, such as Wiz and Datadog
- Deep understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
- Solid grasp of Agile development practices and highly autonomous team environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with developer productivity tools and agentic automation.
- Knowledge of Airbyte or similar ETL frameworks.
- A background in software or data engineering.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001 or similar security frameworks.
- Passion for cross-functional production collaboration and continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is 109,800 - 197,700 annually with a target incentive of 5-8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
